Why do Arabs appear to have a higher FWH ratio when theyve been primarily desert walkers?

Most arabs have aggressive diluted appearance. wonder how it was achieved when there's a lack of cattle.

I'm not saying they're attractive chads, just an appearance of High T and intimidating. Average ISIS member doesn't demonstrate a sign of low T facially / Soy Look.
