What surgeries do you recommend most East/Southeast Asians get in order to be attractive on par with PSL standards, speaking objectively? I do agree most of the typical surgeries they do don't really do much for them.

i feel like a lefort 2 or 3 will be the best for them since lefort 1 and bimax are not helping them or maybe they could fix the nose to make it less flat and combine it with a bimax to look better

If you look too ethnic, don't chase PSL standards instead softmaxx your features. Every single time it always looks off, you would be better off looking exotic and it will give you a halo.
