why do asians age well despite having flat faces?

People with a strong bone structure are supposed to age well as they have bones to hold up their sagging skin but ive noticed a lot of asians e.g. koreans/japanese age well despite, having relatively flat faces and some of them even get jawline + cheekbone reduction to achieve a flatter appearance. Is it because of the collagen??
also white people age badly despite, usually having a better, more angular bone structure.

Thicker dermis + more melanin to protect again UVA. Simple as that. White people have shit melanin and dermal thickness, and on top of that they spend half their lives tanning. Hence why whites age like utter shit.

Asians are also more neotonous than other races, so they stay younger looking.

hard to say, since their forward growth is very weak (flat faces), so then cheekbones can stick out, but not forward (wich is what you want - needed for hollow cheeks) but the the side. Not very good since you want angularity in your face, wide zygos with flat recessed face will give you "oval" (?) face

Now if you DO indeed have the forward growth (like i said, rare in asians), then the wide zygos suddenly can create massive hollow cheeks

(all of this is just my opinion, im not particularly educated in this)

Because they do not have subcutaneous fat, but buccal fat instead

This type of fat only disappears with time, it doesn't sag
