Why do below 5'5 dudes always have the typical manlet proportions

I've seen dudes at the 5'5-5'7 range not look like manlets and have decent proportions that make them look averageish but almost every dude who's 5'4 and below I've seen either has short legs, narrow frame, small skull and so on

Could be because it's abnormal for men to be that short, just like abnormally tall guys (6'7"+) often have awkward proportions, elongated skulls with low facial harmony, etc.

Yeah I barely see gl dudes who are below 5'5 or above 6'5 tbh, it's like men are not physically designed to be that short or tall because it either results in horsefaces or extremely compact and squished ones
