Why do caucasians rarely have droopy lower eyelids?

Something I noticed. Very rarely any scleral show beneath the iris even on "bug eyes".

But africans usually have very forward grown maxillas yet their lower eyelids tend to be droopy.

its about how more forward and upswinged it is
in europeans sometimes it creates a huge halo
example: lorenzo zurzolo, don't take it wrong he has a super well developped face in all aspects but his upper maxilla is just a bit downswung, like just a bit that creates his sceral show and it's actaully a halo for him
