Why do celebrities run low does accutane?

Apparently they take 5mg once a week...
Why don’t they use retinA instead?
Is retin-a not enough to keep acne away?
Should I take 5mg of accutane on top of Retin-A?

accutane gave me god tier skin after usage of 8 months but using it low dose for long time doesn't sound like a good idea.
i've used retin-a too (only 2 weeks) it gave me wrinkles (though wrinkles happening only in transitional part)
so retin-a is harder to manage than swallowing a pill.

So i'm guessing it's because it's easier. also not everyone is a good candidate for tretinoin, like if you have already dry skin.

I've bough a supply of 20 mg per day for 3 months. I'm dropping my hope on topicals forever. Its.jjst a waste of time and I dont even trully know if retin a did ever anything

i've used accutane 20mg for 1 month, 40mg for 6months and finally 20mg for 1 month again.
for tretinoin i've used 0.05mg cream.

wdym ? i know a guy who takes 80mg but i don't think that's necessary.

ps : i didn't have acne, i did have rosecea with pimples, that's why i've started.

careful about dosage, it's not simple to just hop on higher doses. liver damage is no joke.
