Anyone who is genuinely Christian knows that he wasn’t white

No most Christians I've met unironically think he was white

Because they hate the idea of worshipping a person who’s brown when christians are usually white.

Or the second thing

They dont know that jesus is actually brown and they think he is white because of the pictures made

why do they use that ugly ass pic tho. the average palestinian there today looks better despite being starved and in a war zone

It’s this, a lot of white nationalists have tension between each other and argue the race of Jesus. We all know the answer lol

Based thread, Jewsus was browner than modern Palestinians if he even existed. But he’s a fictional character.

I honestly don't know, this has always puzzled me. He grew up in Judea, or more specifically, he was born in Bethlehem, raised in Nazareth, which would have been primarily, especially during his time, would have been primarily an ethnic group of people. So I have no idea where this kind of idea of Jesus being white comes from. He would have been very obviously, most likely, ethnic, but dark skinned.

They did carbon dating on this, and they discovered it was from the 14th century so it's not Jesus

you're clearly not very educated on this, since the declassified documents from the British museum showed that they did this dating on the very side of the shroud, where you can clearly see added patches. also this same test you're referring to didnt have full linen fabric, which obviously shows that it's not a patch from an burial cloth

they've also found flower particles that were around only during the 1st century in the Judea region, as well as numerous other tests that showed the actual dating of the shroud, not the patch they took for carbon.
