Why do cold showers lower your upper eyelid exposure heavily

I’ve noticed that while taking cold showers and a little after my upper eyelid exposure and my eyelid exposure in general is heavily reduced. Why is this?

cold shower temperatures are around 20-30 degrees Celcius

you need below zero, or at least a temperature close to zero to achieve brown fat mitosis

i never measured the temp of my cold showers but i've been doing it for 4 years now . got rid of my UEE

really? hmm, I'll try cold showers+doing the ice hooding then.

maybe it will increase the speed the fat getting synthesized
