Why do curries in India do stupid fucking shit more so than other races

1 Half the time near tourists there are a bunch of fucking blatant scam artists that harass normal people for fucking money it's just fucking ughhhhh.

2 Then they set up tech support scams to fucking physically piss people off it's literally disgusting like i get it India is a poor country and jobs are scarce but i can't find a sigle excuse to ruin other peoples lives.

3 If your new living there they try and scam you every chance they get it's a constant fucking battle just to try and figure out are you being scammed or not.

Honestly India needs to westernize in 3 aspects 1 have fixed prices for most things 2 become some what bloody richer to the point where you don't have tech support scam artists and 3 don't scammers near tourists fucking hell man.
