Why do dogs have certain trait/and inclinations while humans don't?

Can someone explain?

Certain dogs genetically have an urge to fight and be aggressive

Others have an urge to fetch shit

Others have an urge to track shit

Others have an urge to herd other animals

Is it like this for humans too?

Obviously some people are genetically more athletic and shit but do they also get these urges?
