Some of these dudes are more masculine than average Westerner. That's why they can pull off the femboy aesthetics without it being gay. It's a juxtaposition. This guy in particular not a good example. But in Asia there's a different way of looking at masculinity. In the west it's often ogremaxing bald or balding dudes like Andrew Tate en Joe Rogan.
