Why do ethinics look 25 after puberty but look like that till 35?

Has anyone else noticed this:

Ethinics- look 25 at 18 without facial hair and 30 with facial hair. They pause their ageing at 25 and look like that at 35 too, and then slowly descend.

White - look young af till 22-25 then suddenly descend to 30-35 and look 40 at 30

What’s the reason for this?

"Ethnics" don't age poorly or well. "Ethnics" covers everyone in the world who isn't white (according to this website). Some, like Asians, age great. Some don't. There is no universal "ethnic" trait other than simply not being white.
