Ye Condos have shared ownership of common areas like lobbies, elevators, pools,roofs, parking lots and the HOA is responsible for maintaining these shared spaces, managing repairs, landscaping and security

Because you're paying an association to maintain the building

Houses typically don't have hoa fees unless gated community

Ethnic parents will let you stay with them for how long you want it doesn’t matter if you become 35 u can still live w them and they’ll pay for everything cause they care for you, ofc they’d get mad and tell u to find a job everyday however they wont kick you out like white people.

Also ethnic parents generally move to first world countries to help their children and build a future for them that includes working for 20+ years saving everything you have to buy real estate back home to give it to their kids when they pass away
