To clarify what is being described as ethnic (African and Hispanic) the majority nonwhite dysphoria in the United States. They go out of their way to act as a constant distraction, playing music extremely loud with all of their windows down forcing all drivers to listen to their degenerate music. In my personal experience living in the uk it’s never been the ethics that have annoyed me, in contrast to you they’ve actually been fun and nice whenever I’ve talked to or encountered into one, it’s mainly the people with that stupid haircut that looks like a helmet and the shitty tracksuits that r loud and annoying; I get called emo sometimes when I go outside and it’s so irritating but never has a ethnic person did that to me in the street
