It’s actually the literal opposite.

Turks/Indians/Arabs/Iranians look more ethnic in their home countries than abroad due to higher sun exposure and tanning vs Northern Europe.

Yes it’s obvious their skin is lighter due to higher lattitudes and less sunlight but their facial features are more “ethnic” compared to the ones in their homeland. Idk if it’s a more of the somewhat lower class people moving into the west

No this is just cherry-picking.

Only place where you consistently find lower class people looking more “ethnic” consistently is in Latin America due to casta racial system. There yes the upper classes literally have more European admixture while the lowest classes are the indigenous or descendants of slaves.

In India for example the poorest people are in the north of the country and tend to look less ethnic than your average Dravidian. Your average Indian immigrant to the west causing 90 percent of the problems is straight up more likely to be a lighter skinned North Indian.
