Club loyalty is what makes football fun. You have geezers who've been rooting for the same niche third division club since the 20th century with unwavering loyalty. The issue you've mentioned only exists in your mind, it's a psychological construction by you. An Iraqi could discern between America and American citizens, between the west and the coalition, between individuals and institutions. Everybody rationalises reality differently, not everybody is constantly concerned with the cuckoldry you perceive.
The reason these people support these clubs, despite your perceived issues, is because they don't perceive those same issues or have to even 'cross' a mental line in support, it's entirely in your own mind.
If they had to cross a line, the significance of the crossing also differs from the one you perceive

You can oppose climate change and still refuse to lower your carbon footprint, because you view it as unpractical compared to targeting the actual contributors to carbon footprint(namely, fossil fuels etc.)

The same case applies in the case that they do share the view of Spain as an active oppressor
