why do eyes look so ugly from far away?

close up photos or to mirror and wow it looks like a model’s eyes, and then far away it looks slanted, retarded, weirdly hooded, uneven, just very bad

its mainly quality. zooming in too much and you're seeing just bunch of colored squares that cant represent any detail and proportion accurately.

edit: also close up photos dont give you accurate proportions either. they stretch your eyes giving them fake narrowness and higher PFL. stand in front of a mirror with 40-70 cm distance. this how most people see your eyes
