I don't know, around me they are usually very quiet, even those that talk a lot, they immediately become silent when I am near them.
Another funny thing I've noticed is that ethnic girls would start speaking in their native language, when I'm near them, like I can hear them speaking in Romanian from a distance, but when I get close to them they switch to Gypsy or Turkish, but I've seen male ethnics do this too.
