Why do females treat me better than men

Idk why but females treat me much better than males, they're kinder and stuff. I am a gymmaxed Manlet and I feel like men feel disgust towards me while women don't and are just kind for some reason. Also I'm not a talkative person if that's important. A lot of the things I say are critiqued by men and I'm also made fun by them a lot while women actually seem interested in what I'm saying.
