Why do foids eat like shit?

I've noticed almost every woman I've seen in mostly around my age just eat bullshit like kinder and snacks or some other trash and when they eat an actual meal it's slop like Mac and cheese or something
Why are they like this?
And they always look ugly too obviously

Because they don't know any better. In their world skinny = healthy, so basically as long as they eat under 1.5k kcals a day they're happy.

OFC this isn't the case for fat foids but i'm talking about your average girl here.

Any misc issues can be fixed with makeup, so obviously they just don't care.
