Why do food vendors in India not wash their hands?

Like many 3rd world countries have these food vendors everywhere but they are mostly at least partially clean

Country that I’m from Brazil for example has many of these but basic hygiene at least is guaranteed

Idk why niggas in India always have their hands covered in dirt while they are making ur food

Many videos of niggas scratching their ass while they cook even taking a piss in the litteral juice they serve

Why not clean themselves

It doesn’t have to be japan level look under ur nails before u cook to see if they are clean but at least don’t wip ur dick out take a piss and then go back to cooking like it’s nothing
