The same reasons you don’t like certain girls sticking around after sex , is the exact reason certain girls you sleep with don’t like you back enough and want you to fuck off (just one night because they were horny). Imo it’s not as simple as that- no matter how horny a girl is she doesn’t have much reason to sleep with a guy she doesn’t find attractive to begin with, especially for an ONS or dating app hookup . So why would she?

To answer your question:

- It is likely she is either not that into you physically (she thinks she can do better). Might be height or face. It is not your D if what you said is your true size!
- Recent break up/rebounding or currently obsessed with a guy that is not reciprocating making her emotionally unavailable.
- She was just horny enough (possibly in her hoe phase too but not necessarily ), and you were there and she had some baseline level of attraction.

Might be a thing with really attractive girls, as they often get with chad and have a realistic chance of locking one down for a relationship, but most average to becky tier girls will always stick around after fucking her once.
