Why do girls not care about substance abuse

My girl has heard multiple times from friends and seen me pop pregab, although of course normies don't know the extent to how it works they see someone using pills to party and probably expect the worst. But she just doesn't really care and doesn't bring it up. I would prefer she did, or at least cared about all of my red flags
