Depends on what the girl wants. Most of these girls dont actually want twinks, it’s just that the muscled-up guys are ugly asf. They build muscle because they feel the need to make up for something. Skinny guys often are already good looking. If a taller guy with good insertions walked by the foid would be attracted to him.

It varies from one demographic to another, obviously no physique will help a sub5 face but it’s also unnatural biologically to have an insanely bulky one. It’s good to have a balance to avoid being too small or overly bulky unless you need to compensate for something like a narrow frame.

Being fit signals agility. Women are biologically predisposed to favor that over pure strength and size, since size alone was never enough to win in a battle (achilles vs. hector, david vs. goliath)

some women prefer skinny guys, some prefer athlete build, some prefer aesthetic physique, some prefer ogremasc bulked build.

It depends on the face most of the time big bodybuilding guys have ogre faces because of the bloating do to the supplements and foods they eat so girls prefer slimmer guys because they have a more attractive face.

They dont. Lets say youre 185cm being around 200lbs with 25-27 inch bidelt, 27 inch waist, big arms and a full chest is gonna be preferred by 99+% of women
