Historians found burned animal bones near where ancient tribes that lived in current age south africa and current age palestine interpreted as millions of years old,we can also see here, Ancient Egyptians using fire to cook an unidentified food (many speculate its bread or duck):

Just because they found burnt bones, that doesn't mean that they cooked their food.

Your statement could lead ypu to a hypothesis, not a conclusion of "humans cooked meat". You cant say that for sure.

Also ancient Egyptians were sick. Pharoahs have atherosclerosis.

Well yeah i guess,it is a hypothesis.but there is also no proof that humans did not cook theyre meet.

The burnt bones were found in hearths, containing ash, charcoal remains and stones.
Historians also found in 2011,fat residues on tools indicating that animal fat from theyre meat was rendered due to high heats.

Correct there is no proof for either side, so we must rely on science.

Honestly, I dont really have a problem with cooked meat as long as its cooked in animal fat, I eat both raw and cooked.

They're both definitely better than the high carb diet of the world.

I definitely think raw meat is optimal, and if youre eating all meat anyways, might as well eat it raw.

Nutrients, gut health, biochemical happiness, digestion, health, and health indicators all come from eating raw meat, so might as well

i personally think you should atleast just sear it,since the top layer is the one with the most dangerous bacteria as long as ur meat is fresh and doesnt have any parasites ur good to go if the top is seared. but i dont even eat that much cow meat tbh, last time i had a steak was a week or two ago i think?I mostly just eat chicken liver (cooked),chicken breast(cooked) and lamb, alot of lamb.

You need high cholesterol for testosterone, I would definitely consider eating more fat.

Tbh, im not scared of parasites nor bacteria. Animals in the wild dont think to themselves "i should cook this meat, it has bacteria". No, they just eat.

Believe it or not, rotten meat is actually beneficial for you

I eat alot of eggs,my family already has a history of high LDL levels so i'd rather not risk it by eating extremly high fats, which is why i just eat a low to moderate amount of high quality fats.
Going to your point about animals in the wild, they dont cook theyre food because they dont know thats an option, neither do they know it has parasites or bacteria, which is why you see alot of them have multiple parasites hanging out theyre butt when they die in the wild:lul::lul:

and why are you not scared of parasites of bacteria?

on your last point tho, yeah i know but it truly depends on the kind of meat, how long is was rotten, and alot of other factors.

I donโ€™t really agree with the rotten meat notion. Yes it is beneficial for you because itโ€™s high in bacteria but it goes against your senses and intuition when you try to eat it or smell it even. In some cases it is beneficial for example when aajonus was extremely sick he ate rotten raw meat to heal but otherwise I wouldnโ€™t

Eating high amounts of cholesterol will not cause heart disease. They observed this phenomenon in Americans who eat seed oils, carbs, processed foods, etc. A true carnivore who eats only animal products, has nothing to worry about.

I think the dangers of raw meat, come from unhealthy animals.

The Inuit have survived off of eating raw and fermented meat. They've never had an issue with parasites or bacteria

Yea, I feel tgat way too.

But I've never had it, so I will try it and see if I feel any different, once my gut fully heals. That way I can know for sure.

Its not going to be a pleasant experience though :feelsbadman:

In excessive amounts,HDL has been shown to transform itself to LDL,which is why i still pick to eat a low to moderate amount of healthy fats, given my families history.

thats true, but you cant really know if the animal your eating was unhealthy unless u were taking care of it urself, and trust me no one is gonna tell you the truth and say theyre animals are unhealthy.

going on to the inuit, the egyptians too used to eat rotten fish fermented in salt, and they still do.
but eating rotten food that wasnt in a sterilised jar for example,is taking an extreme risk.

myb for the late reply. I was eating a glucose apple.

anyways I think the cholesterol argument is useless, if you are a true carnivore. Heart disease comes from adding unnecessary foods.

You give your body the fat it needs, and it regulates it to what it needs. I doubt my own body would give me heart disease.

As for the health of the animal, you're right, I get mine from a farm so ik it's good. If you cant get good quality, for sure cook it by all means.

As for the high meat, humans eat out of rotting corpses in nature. They have no where to ferment it. Even with maggots inside, they'll still eat it.

No. Just because you say so doesn't make it true. Faggot.

Lmfao

The human stomach acid PH is higher than a wolves and can digest decaying carcasses

Oh so wild animals die because of so called parasites?

Most retarded shit I have ever heard

LMFAOOAOAOAO

@Futura Nah these faggots are actually retarded
Fucking retards

Parasites killing host would make them not reproduce jfl

Also humans have the strongest anti parassite defenses in the planet unironically

Btw if youre scared of parassites u can't eat rare cooked meat at all btw because it wont kill them lmao

Parasites make a man thriving and healthy so the parasites can pass their seed

What do they do after passing their seed tho

Do they just be living in the body and doing their own thing or sum

Humans cant get parassites in nature basically it's near impossible

We can check visually before eating we chew have strong af stomach acid and then have bacteria that fight them

The only parassites that evolved that actually infect humans are from livestock which isn't natural

There are few parassites you cant see anyways since when the animal is infected it will have them everywhere

If we get any they can't be harmful it's not possible

And even if they are it won't lower your chance of survival or longevity at all
