Why do graphic deaths mostly happen in places outside UK and US and Canada?

Every time you see a graphic video such as a little kid getting smashed by a truck or a woman getting gutted to death, it’s always in some place other than the west.

Car accident videos happen in the uk. I literally saw one of the saddest gore vids that was in the US. Parents were walking w their kids in a pushchair on the road and a car runs over the kids and they’re all mangled and the parents run over and try pick them up but they’re all twisted and shit
