Surgery is great, if you have some major failos in THE LOWER THIRD and lower third only. All eye surgery results on here are MINIMAL.

If you attemp to "upgrade" your balanced face with surgery you will end up looking unnatural. Surgery is only for easily fixable failos.

IMO male attractiveness is a bell curve skewed to the right. 9-10s are extremely attractive and rare, 7-8s are easy on the eyes and pretty common, 5-6 is the majority of the population with no significant positives or negatives. 3-4 is not that rare, it is physically uncomfortable to look at them but you can't put your finger on why. And then severely deformed, "blackops2cel" faces are super rare.

So a good 3/4 of the population don't have significant negatives, of course they won't be lookism aware or try to improve. Meanwhile everyone is born skinny and it is common knowledge that getting jacked will make you more respected and attractive.

exactly this. I clicked on the thread expecting to see a hideous hulk. I scanned his face and absolutely nothing jumps out at me as needing fixing. I can't see any obvious surgeries he'd need. In other words, it's not worth his time or money!

It is all about the FACE. Not only do gym rats spend copious amounts on roids but they fck up their organs, skin and hair in the long run. Just lift natty 3-4x a week and with a good diet you will get an above-average body.

Money should be focused on surgery to make your FACE more dimorphic.
