My theory is that a full white girl has probably been raised in an all white environment, the only exposure to asians she has are handsome K-pop guys. So when she meets an asian guy for the first time, she has a positive view and wants to experiment with him.

A hapa girl on the other hand is immersed to both white and asian people throughout her life. She doesn't have the delulu goggles that all asian men are K-pop pretty boys, she sees ugly/average asian men and thus exclusively only prefers whites.
