Why do heightcopers still exist?

Why are there still people who think height is sooo important.
Unless you're some dwarf-level subhuman, it really won't matter.
Average height in the US is 6ft, same in germany, in denmark it's 6'1 for example. THE AVERAGE.
So how do y'all cope saying oh 6ft is such unrealistic norm when it's literally the average height?

I'm barely above average height.
Most guys my age are practically the same height (you don't notice a 10cm difference irl)

Despite being 6ft3, it never helped me with anything irl. Zero female interest in 20 years.
