It's a weird phenomenon
i ignore all birthday wishes calls and messages and brood in a corner listening to depressing songs on Spotify (not that anyone bothered, off their own accord)
my last birthday I was so overwhelmingly depressed I slept the entire day over
every birthday 14-20 has been more or less similar
Also haven't done any of the shit I planned nor studied a single bit I have a test
