Why do i always wake up in a bad mood???

I always wake up in the morning fuming and seething for no apparent reason and I tend to take it out on this forum. It's like a have a personal vendetta against posters on here and if they say something I find stupid I'll insult them and their bloodline dating all the way back to the dark ages. Thankfully it gets better as the day goes on but I don't like this side of myself in the morning...
