You know that shit in movies where a guy and a girl lock eyes at a bar hold eye contact for a few seconds and the guy takes it as a sign to approach and gets the slay?
Had something similar happen today.
The place was extremely crowded so there was basically this little highway forming through the bar where people were walking past each other. As I’m walking through this girl passes me and looks directly at me for a couple seconds. Even after we passed each other she slightly turned her head back while still looking at me and I basically did the same.
But instead of my brain going “she might be interested” like a normal person my immediate thoughts are shit like:
Is something wrong with my face?
Do I disgust her that much that she had to keep looking?
Literally anything except the possibility that she found me attractive.
Does anyone else here have this?
And how do you actually fix this mindset? Do I just need to ascend and get enough positive interactions with girls until my brain stops automatically interpreting everything negatively?
