I have raw eggs 4 raw eggs 3x a day ( total 12 ) + wash it down with 250g greek yoghurt daily

It's normal food.

I only do raw eggs with milk when I'm making a smoothie with fruits on a blender, I despise raw whites but raw yolks are yummy.

Cooked eggs might have less nutrients but idgaf tbh its a delight to eat when cooked in butter
