Why do i feel anxiety even when nothing bad is happening?

I feel worried, heart beats fast and i have trouble breathing overthinking something that doesnt even exist. I dont even have a particular worry in mind im just feeling bad anxiety over nothing
I need help

every day something else is ruining it
from being depressed over nothing to having heart sinking anxiety over nothing
what do i do even anymore i dont feel comfortable being open about this irl

scared a therapist would judge me or put me on meds that would ruin me further, also family would think less of me if i went to one
they most likely wont judge u no matter what u tell them, its their job to be neutral. Also its not so easy to get on meds, and if u do get on them its cuz they will make ur life easier.. or u can just not take them

nah but hangovers make me depressed as shit
Im itching for alcohol though. I never liked it, until few weeks ago where i think about it so much that at some point i drank it almost daily. I didnt drink for about a week but i want to so bad
 
they most likely wont judge u no matter what u tell them, its their job to be neutral. Also its not so easy to get on meds, and if u do get on them its cuz they will make ur life easier.. or u can just not take them

Yk therapists go to collage for 6 years or something like that, there are many forms of therapy AND 90% of therapists have years of experience. U wont get better by avoiding therapy and self medicating with drugs and alcohol, but thats your decision to make

Yk therapists go to collage for 6 years or something like that, there are many forms of therapy AND 90% of therapists have years of experience. U wont get better by avoiding therapy and self medicating with drugs and alcohol, but thats your decision to make
when you seek out so many different types of solutions its hard to believe a therapist, a random other human could suddenly have the answers i guess thats why i dont believe that much
especially knowing they work for money not particularly like they are extremelly passionate in helping

Therapy doesnt work like that.
They dont say “omg im so sorry:(( Idk what to say tho, hope u get better”
They make u work on urself and give u ways to help u deal with ur problems

Oy Vey! That sounds like you're going through a difficult time! Why don't you go be a good goy and try our brand new antidepressant that was just released on the line? We definitely aren't using you as a test subject, no definitely not...

I've been to therapy more times than I remember since I was 8. Does not work, they give you meds and empty advice so you keep coming back and filling their pockets

And its you not feeling complete youneed to find your path
yeah i feel pointless usually tbh. Feels like im falling behind and everyone else my age is finding interests and careers except me

I do. I can tell you've got the wrong idea of how it should look. You don't need to restrain your limbs and supress thoughts, that's not how it works.

it's different for everyone, it's hard to teach online. For me personally one of the most important things in the beginning was surface to sit on - I would go in deep quickly on a particular hard matress but nothing in hours on floor, pillows, etc. You might be different.

Point of focus is also important. Breath didn't work for me at all at first, i'd only make it irregular and spike anxiety. I had to focus very intensely on the tips of my thumbs touching. If i managed to maintain focus for a bit i'd go deep.

Position, obviously. If you're just looking for relaxation you can try everything - lying down in a bed, sitting in a chair, sitting cross-legged, sitting in a lotus, etc. don't make effort to keep your back super straight or anything, just relax.

There's more but what i'm saying is you gotta experiment
