Why do I feel lethargic/fatigued all of a sudden after eating raw liver?

They were freshly brought from a supermarket and was packaged/sealed with an expiry date of within the next few weeks. I had 200g of raw liver with 100g of raw steak which probably was not needed but wanted to get more protein in

Omg do you know its meat in factories that you ate. Never buy form susupermarket always from butcher. Also the reason for that feeling is because you ate way too much for a meal
