unless I take some egg shells and sit in the sun for 10 mins I always feel fatigued and sweat alot after eating 20g of beef tallow 1 raw egg yolk and 50 g of red meat

For the past 3 years, I have increased my protein intake by 30-50 g and I get really cold. When I exercise I don’t sweat it out. I just get hot

My daily goal is 60g for anti aging, hows that? Rn im sweating a bit and feeling a bit hot, is that bad?

I eat 110g daily. Some people just need different amounts depending on their size

Im 6’ 85kg i heard more than 50g a day is pro aging

seems ok but anti aging through diet seems clown tier because protein affects mTOR --> cellular aging , obv id rather keep eating protein and get jacked at the detriment of more rapid cellular aging

How the fuck are you supposed to build muscle with that much? Just no lol
 
Not if your constantly going to the gym
but if you dont you dont need the extra protein to recover so its better to just get 50 g right?
