Why do I feel ugly

I have made out with dozens of girls, been in relationships, had girls fall in love with me, had girls begging to fuck them but I still feel like an ugly piece of shit. Is it because before PSL I was ugly and had severely low confidence? I’m NT but I cannot get why this happens to me. When I take pictures I feel like I’m ugly as shit and compare myself with other dudes and there goes my confidence for an hour or so.
