Why do I get crushes on the most random girls ever?

I work with 10/10 stacies then there this random 5/10 girl I keep fixating on.

I don't get it. Why does my brain just randomly become attracted to certain girls. I have only talked to her once too

Its possible I also noticed she looks like my ex. I also am attracted to girls with a similar face to my mother is that weird?

Also she is not the only 5/10 I work with. Its just weird the way the brain works why would one girl out of the 50-100 I work with just randomly make me obsessed.
