Why do i get erections from eating cold ceareal?

Often when i eat cold cereal at night i get strong morning wood. I usually dont get that. What is in cereal that is giving me erections?

Highly doubt it's from the cereal.

stop eating and see what happens, cant imagine its from the cereal unless the milk somehow has bioavailable hormones in it or something

I stopped getting erections. I have noticed it way too much and is only when i eat cereal. I dont eat it often
