Why do I get eyebags from skincare?

I only use moisturizer, cleanser, sunscreen and retinol in the evening ( i dont use retinol near my eye area. )
 
Irritation from cosmetics can cause the tissue around your eyes to swell (especially if you don't wash your face before bed)
