why do i get goosebumps all accros my arm any time i try and eat vegetables

the only vegetable i really eat is potatoes which i have around 3-4 times per week,but if i ever try and consume any other type i get gossebumps all accros my arm within secounds,i thought it was only fake raw mixed veg but i just got the same reaction of a cucumber ,could this be a sign i dont need them?
