I go a full week, grinding and as hopeful as ever. Making grand goals and aspiring for great things and getting goals done, but then, I come home one day and eat, then simply sit on the couch.
A thought comes and I sit and leave the TV off rather then instantly open it.
And once the thought starts, I sit for longer, then... the headphones... then the music. Then I'm back to thinking of ending it all.
The sadness is so weird, it's like comforting. It's sad, but comfortable. How do I even explain?
Like why can't I simply grow past this phase, it's really holding me back a lot.
I notice that there is a pattern, this seems to happen when my family is out and I have the house to myself.
