Why do i get hot flashes

Well idk what a hot flash is but sometimes for a few minutes ill heat up very very hot get very sweaty and my forehead will legit feel like im very sick then I feel super sick after a lil it goes away

Same in social situations I go super red and hot

do u smoke or do any drugs if not then it just sounds like a panic attack or some kind of vertigo
