Why do i get more lustful looks from women when i wear just a hoodie and no shirt?

Can they tell im wearing no shirt? I noticed that when im only wearing a hoodie i find more women staring at me lustfully. I do feel more comfortable and can breathe better when only wearing a hoodie so maybe its that. Is it the direct skin contact? Is it something hormonally? Any suggestions?
