I’ve been running Reta for months as well as ghk-cu. While I’ve gotten play recently, I have been lacking on foids. I cannot get anything somehow and it is affective my life in a negative way. almost no philtrum
nose to mouth ratio is poor
mouth is also way too small

Your mouth looks really small on your face, looks like an extremely narrow palate you should try marpe/sarpe if this is the case

You seem to have thin lips and a narrow palate, at least in this picture. You should really look into a palate expander.

Bad phenotype. U overall just show bad indicators of health. Ur skin could use a bit of extra care. It’s not the best. Ur palate is narrow. U need Palatal expansion my guy.
