How can I get rid of this fast? Just wash face multiple times a day? I can’t get tret or tazorac.

its the fringe, the oils are trapped under the hair, i had the exact same problem, unfortunately your skin is overly sensitive so you can either ignore it since fringe covers it anyway or pull your hair upI have been eating like shit, I am pretty active tho I do construction, this was me when I had a clean diet and went on walks almost daily

Is vitamin c serum bad for acne? It is very oily but it dries up on my skin after 20mins or so, idk if it has made my acne worse or if my diet has done thatMost people have combination skin which means that they produce more sebum (oil) on their t-zone (forehead and nose) than on their cheeks and around their mouths. It's normal.
The most important thing is to cleanse only twice a day (morning and night) at most- a big mistake people make when they have acne is to cleanse many times throughout the day which dries out the skin to such a degree that it causes the skin to overproduce oils- not good.
Other than that, make sure you use moisturiser that is water based as opposed to oil based. You can also try benzoyl peroxide or better yet tretinoin. If tret, start off on 0.25 mg/g and potentially work your way up to 1mg/g. Make sure you wear a light sunscreen if using either BP or tret as they both make your skin photosensitive.
Accutane is an absolute last resort.
Good luck.
You look a bit like me and I have a black cat aswellI have been eating like shit, I am pretty active tho I do construction, this was me when I had a clean diet and went on walks almost daily
Any time you introduce something new to your skincare there is a chance that "purging" will occur. If you only introduced the serum in the last few weeks, it may cause your skin to get worse until it adapts. (Just FYI, purging is very common with tret should you choose to use it). Other than this initial adaptation phase, vit c serum is fine. Make sure you wear it in the morning as it amplifies the photoprotection that the spf from your light sunscreen will provide. It shouldn't negatively affect acne**- if anything it should be good for skin.Is vitamin c serum bad for acne? ** Quick caveat- excessive use of Vit C serum can be irritating and irritation can cause acne. If you are noticing flaking or redness, cut down the use of the serum to once every 2 or 3 days or be very diligent in applying oil free moisturiser 2-3 times per day.
