Why do i get the urge to be violent so often

whenever someone does something to me i want to hurt them i have a very hard urge to hurt them but I hold it back should i be holding it back im tired of taking so much shit and not being able to do anything about it i want to hurt people who do me wrong and I think i should hold it back if the urge is towards a friend of mine but im wondering if someone messes with me or picks a fight whether I should take it up if I have the urge

Dnr: I get violent urges often should I take them or not if people are fucking with me

I never said or implied anything about "high T." And I'm not pushing him to fight anyone either. If somebody is doing something (I assume harmful) to you then you're obviously going to want to get violent and do something back because thats your natural instincts.
