Why do i hate drinking water?

It just feels like a burden. And it tastes like nothing
 
do you force yourself or something
Kind of yeah, i only drink it when i eat. I can honeslty go a whole day and forget to drink water. I have to remind myself

You need to add electrolyte supplement to it because most water has none.
Thats so much work bro. Then u need to make sure ur getting the right amount of each electrolyte so u dont rape ur body. I wish all water just had everything already in it

Yeah it’s sad we can’t just get fresh water, it will help stop feeling dehydrated tho.

I heard eating fruit is a good way to hydrate, like watermelon. And it has electrolytes in it. What do u think about that as a way to hydrate

Yeah it is but keep it low because it causes glycation.
