Why do I hate repeating myself?

my sibling makes me repeat myself on purpose or he just asks me to repeat myself out of no where even when I didn’t say anything

but I get a cortisol spike when I have to repeat myself idk if it’s because I have a big ego or if that’s normal reaction

Same, I get an instinctual violent reaction when something like this happens and become overly aggressive
