Nah, they killed that feature. Lol, one dude in this thread, @jp212, hit 500 posts a couple days ago, and in Chitchat he asked why he was still grey. I told him about the time limit before each rank, but like 10 minutes later he was blue…

I think too many people would reach a rank before a week and would complain… so they got rid of that.

They are working behind the scenes, probably updating how the names will display.

They are probably just bugged or set to grey as they fix them.
